Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@mahareyaherbal.com with photos of the issue.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details for the refund.
Exchanges
- In case of damaged or wrong products, we can also send you a replacement item instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Gift cards/vouchers.
